The Team
Design Bi's European founders' extensive experience in the fields of business intelligence, finance and software development has been harnessed into building a platform of innovative tools and technologies that safely tackle the many potential pitfalls and practical issues of creating business intelligence systems that really perform.
Our developers are encouraged to challenge convention and find better ways of doing things, but always focusing on reliability and the needs of, and ease-of-use for, our customers. We are fortunate in having a very loyal team that we believe is second to none.
Getting it right
There's no shortcut. We build, test, refine, and test again until we get it right.
Our software is NOT open source and is owned and developed totally by us. This therefore shields you from all the risks that are involved with such projects. The open source offerings are usually made up of lots of other open source projects that are assembled together to produce a total product, where no real integration exists.
As you can imagine, trying to support such open source projects can be very complicated as you will always have to rely on the original developers rather than your own to fix their code.
The future
We have an exciting schedule of enhancements that will take our software to new levels of performance and usability. We do not expect customers to pay for upgrades.
Partners
Our products are currently available directly from us or through our pioneer partners. However, we are currently preparing our products to be made available to new partners, VAR's and other resellers and welcome propositions that will benefit future customers.
